If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, as they are responsible for any issues that occur during transit. We recommend taking photos of the damaged package and keeping your tracking number handy when reaching out to them.
Hoodies - If your looking to get a true to size fit, we suggest sizing down. If your trying to get that clean baggy fit look, we suggest getting your normal size.
Sweats - All sweats are baggy, we suggest just getting your normal size in sweatpants for that clean baggy fit. Do not size down!
